Candidate will serve as the Next Generation Network Technical SME supporting the USAFWC Project Management Team (PMT) for further development of the NTTR 5G – Next G effort at Nellis AFB. The candidate shall identifying Information Protection needs and define System Security Requirements; design System Security Architecture; developing detailed Security Designs (including system security certifications and project evaluations); incorporate Defense in Depth principles and technology including access control, authorization, identification and authentication, public key infrastructure, network, and enterprise security architecture; develop security plans for employing enterprise-wide security architecture; assesses and audits network penetration testing anti-virus planning assistance, risk analysis and incident response; apply security risk assessment methodology to system development, including threat model development, vulnerability assessments, and resulting security risk analysis; implement the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external agency systems and architectures; develop and implement cross domain solutions; develop security plans for systems that process information with different classifications and categories that simultaneously permits access by users with different security clearances and denies access to users who lack authorization; coordinate with Federal, NSA, Intelligence Community. National Labs, Industry, Academia and DoD to integrate information Security regulations and polices; assure all systems and users are compliant with the DoD Cyber Maturity Model requirements, and provide specialized professional services including support to R&D, technical, engineering, warfighter TTPs, systems integration, logistics services, advanced technology assessments.
Candidate must possess BS in Engineering field or related discipline with 10+ years’ experience; 10 plus years of related experience with DoD, interagency or intelligence community, possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience with communications systems integration and related topics, and a track record for building relationship with employees and customers.
The candidate should have recent experience developing military and dual-use applications, including experimental technologies and equipment. Familiarity with Operational Command and Control systems (AOC/JOC/CRC) is desired.
BS in technical field desired; High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. Candidate must have ability to obtain access to Special Access Required (SAR) Programs and Special Technical Operations (STO).
