MTSI is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Network Administrator (SA) position to support network administration and cyber duties for a government-run missile defense lab operating tactical hardware and software in a test and analysis environment. The selected candidate will participate it daily lab test operations by monitoring daily network performance and working with server administrators to troubleshoot communication gaps encountered during integration and testing. They will use traditional OSI-model, ground-up techniques to troubleshoot and resolve physical, logical, routing, access-control lists, multicast and operating system transmission errors. In addition, they will also work with a team of systems and network administrators performing duties such as cable deployment, switch and router configuration, network monitoring implementation, and troubleshooting. The network administrator will also be responsible for supporting configuration documentation central to the lab’s engineering configuration and Risk Management Framework (RMF) package.
